These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") and CRWON99 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://crwon99.cam.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the CRWON99 platform — including but not limited to creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, participating in promotions, or accessing live casino services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of CRWON99, including visitors from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other regions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on CRWON99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. CRWON99 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting services.
2. You are a natural person (an individual human being) and not a legal entity, corporation, partnership, or automated system.
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your participation is lawful.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a person employed by CRWON99 or any of its associated service providers.
6. You have not previously had an account on CRWON99 that was suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms. Each individual may hold only one active account.

Each User may register only one account on CRWON99. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You must notify CRWON99 of any changes to your registered details promptly via the support channel.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. CRWON99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. CRWON99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

CRWON99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and documentation evidencing the source of your deposited funds. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfied.

CRWON99 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow Instant Transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Available methods and processing times are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per single transaction is RM30,000. Additional daily and monthly deposit limits may apply based on account tier and responsible gambling settings configured by the User or mandated by the platform.

Withdrawals are processed after KYC verification has been completed and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances have been met. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. FPX bank transfers are processed within 5 to 60 minutes during Malaysian banking hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or pending security reviews.

CRWON99 maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The platform reserves the right to request additional documentation regarding the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawal requests. Suspicious activity will be reported in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

CRWON99 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier and contributing game categories are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
2. Time Limits: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account balance automatically.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or not at all. Sports betting bets may contribute at a specified rate per promotion.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold multiple active deposit bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses in violation of this rule constitutes bonus abuse.
5. Bonus Abuse: CRWON99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and associated winnings — where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit low house-edge games, use of multiple accounts, or use of automated betting software.
6. VIP & Loyalty Rewards: Birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits are governed by this clause in addition to any supplementary terms published within the Platform's promotions section.

CRWON99 offers sports betting (including live football, Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and UFC), live dealer casino, slot games, and other gaming products. The following general rules apply across all product verticals.

All bets are subject to acceptance by CRWON99. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued to the User. CRWON99 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where: the bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds; the bet was placed on an event the outcome of which was already determined; or there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting activity.

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: abandonment of the event; cancellation of the event without rescheduling; technical errors in odds pricing; or the disqualification of a participant. Void bet stakes are returned to the User's account balance.

All slot and table games on CRWON99 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results have no bearing on future results.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. All live dealer game rules are displayed within the game interface. Results from live dealer games are final once the round is concluded as shown on screen.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CRWON99 platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts under any name or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other users or third parties.
• Using funds in your account that originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or other illegal sources.
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion orders, or other responsible gambling restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards CRWON99 staff or other Users.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

Users may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings at any time. The CRWON99 trademark, trade name, and logo are the exclusive property of the platform operator.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, transmission, display, modification, or creation of derivative works based on any platform content without express prior written consent from CRWON99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRWON99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or scheduled maintenance.
• Errors in odds, bet settlement, or game outcome display that are promptly corrected upon discovery.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment service providers including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or FPX systems.
• Internet connectivity failures or device-level issues affecting access to the platform.

CRWON99's aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

CRWON99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML compliance obligations, provision of false information, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

You may request the closure of your CRWON99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected] (not a clickable link). Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Upon account termination — whether initiated by CRWON99 or the User — access to all platform features will cease. Bonus funds and associated winnings on accounts terminated for Terms violations will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13) shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the CRWON99 platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or other legally available dispute resolution mechanisms under applicable law. Nothing in this clause restricts CRWON99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

By using the platform, you agree that any claim or cause of action against CRWON99 must be filed within one (1) year from the date on which such claim arose, or be permanently barred.

CRWON99 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the CRWON99 platform following the publication of any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
